Carmie has been in the food industry for over 30 years and learned various cooking techniques used from across Canada with 5 years experience in Germany. Carmie & Garry opened in May 2008 and have become a favourite family spot for breakfast and lunch. Carmie’s also provides Catering services for groups of any size. Garry and I believe that the customer deserves to receive good quality ingredients for the money they spend.

Dyan Spink together with husband/partner/best friend Gary Spink own and operate the Royston Roasting Company and Coffee House in beautiful downtown Royston, BC The company roasts Fair Trade Organic Coffee for wholesale and retail. The coffee house is a new addition to the also new Roastery location on the island highway. The Coffee House not only sells and serves their specialty coffee but also doubles as a tourism info centre and coffee training facility. Dyan and Gary also are the Canadian distributors of Ozturk Turkish Coffee Roasters. They own and operate two self catering Vacation Rentals, one in Royston by the Sea, and one in La Manzanilla, Mexico.
