Sarah will be sharing a part of ‘her’ story, including the peaks and valleys she has travelled since beginning her company 20 years ago, and the tools that she uses to continue climbing towards her vision in both life and sport. Who do you want to be? Sarah will pass on the powerful tools you need to become the person you wish to be.
Sarah is the ‘Creatrix’ of Equilibrium Lifestyle Management (ELM) and a passionate Mind Body Coach who combines the art and science of both Kinesiology and Hypnotherapy to help her clients become the people they wish to be. Sarah has been working, studying and playing in the health and wellness field since 1994 and brings a fusion of skills and experience to her Coaching practice. Her education and training includes exercise science, sports psychology, sociology, mind-body medicine, yoga, meditation and more. Sarah believes we are capable of unimaginable human potential when we learn to harness the power of the mind. She is passionate about both the mental and physical realms of healing, training and exploring the boundaries of self perceived limitations. She works passionately with her clients and provides them with the knowledge and tools they need to overcome obstacles and reach their goals and dreams in life and sport. Sarah competes in endurance events around the world, from ultramarathons to multi-day bike and adventure racing events. This year, she will compete in her biggest physical and mental challenge yet- the Western States 100 mile endurance run.

She assists with purchases and refinancing and loves helping first-time buyers navigate the process! The criteria for everything she does in her business is “what’s best for the client?”
Monia is a farm girl at heart and when I’m not helping homeowners, she can be found hanging with her goats and assorted canine companions.
