Chelsea Bell is the Assistant Manager of the Telus Open Connection store in Courtenay, which provides cellular, Internet and TV solutions for home and business. Chelsea started in the cellular industry in 2004 — the era of blue screen flip phones with polyphonic ringtones, running cheetahs, and turning windmill animations! Her favourite part of what she does is the learning the ever-changing technology. “It’s like a never-ending puzzle that I get to solve,” she says with a laugh. “Meeting new people and chatting with them all day is a great way to earn a living!” As well as being a certified Apple Master, Chelsea was the recipient of the 2016 and 2017 President’s Club Gold award for top sales. Open Connection is definitely your ‘one stop shop’ for TELUS services and a good chat.
