True North Maven Coaching

Barb Haffner is a meaning and mojo coach. She supports women to re-connect with their energy to fuel and inspire the next phase of their life: so they can get on doing what matters most to them. Barb can help you to get back your mojo and to be more in alignment with your “True North”, so you live the life you desire.

The combined work and education in experiential learning, equine-assisted coaching, and a love of nature and adventurous freedom, gives Barb the creative approach to support women to fully live their life.  She says that, “having the time to commit to a passion is worthless without having the energy to do so. Energy, more so than time, is our most valuable resource.”

Inspired by the lessons of mother earth, especially equines, Barb offers services with or without horses, in-person or on-line, 1:1, groups, workshops and more.

Certified as an Equine-assisted Coach and Life Coach Barb studied through EFW Canada, International Coaches Federation and Equine Alchemy to gain her certifications. Her Bachelors in Recreation Studies is from the University of Manitoba.
