Greetings! I find immense joy in being a devoted mother and wife, fortunate to share my life with my high school sweetheart. Originating from Fort St. John, B.C., my husband and I embarked on our journey in Red Deer, Alberta, where we planted the roots of our family. The blessing of our first daughter, Kadence Rose, in 2007, and our second, Halo Lily Blu, in 2011, has filled our lives with boundless love and laughter.

In 2014, my parents, Brenda and Layne, became proud owners of 40 Knots Winery, a pivotal moment that sparked a desire within me to embrace change. This led us to the enchanting Vancouver Island, a decision fueled by the allure of its stunning landscapes and temperate climate. The essence of the island has kindled a deep passion for wine, food, and spirituality, enriching my life with each passing day.

Currently, in my third year of teaching yoga, I find profound fulfillment in guiding others towards holistic well-being. Fueling my enthusiasm, I continually expand my knowledge of wines, aligning with my family's connection to the vineyard. Beyond these pursuits, my interests include the culinary arts, camping adventures, the pursuit of waterfalls, and the thrill of foraging for mushrooms—a delightful blend of passions that add vibrancy to my everyday life.
