As partner at Burger Smith & Urdahl in Downtown Courtenay, Ashley has a focus on real estate conveyancing, wills and estates and corporate/commercial matters. She was called to the British Columbia bar in 2007 after graduating from the University of Saskatchewan with her Bachelor of Laws in 2006 and completing her articles in Victoria, BC. She also holds an undergraduate degree in Political Studies and a Certificate in Business Administration from the same institution.
Originally from the prairies, the Comox Valley has been home to Ashley and her son Levi since 2008. Now an official empty nester, Ashley spends her free time running, mountain biking, hiking and snowshoeing with her faithful companion Lucy and a fantastic network of friends.
