Caroline Cody has almost 20 years of experience in the legal industry as a business development director responsible for regional offices, practice groups and industry groups for national law firms. Caroline was responsible for ranking publication submissions on behalf of national and regional practice groups and industry groups.

As an independent consultant, Caroline has experience in practice management and ranking publication and award submissions for boutique firms and specialized practitioners including Benchmark Litigation Canada, Chambers Canada, IFLR Canada, Legal500 and Who's Who Legal. Caroline provides business development and marketing advice to law firms and professional services providers. Caroline also has experience in business development and revenue growth strategy, business and strategic planning, client/key account management, client satisfaction audits, market and client research, corporate communications, proposal writing, public & media relations, digital marketing, community investment/strategic alliances and event planning.

Caroline has been a member of the Comox Valley Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors since 2020 (she served as the Chair from 2022 to 2023). She is married with three children and has lived in the Comox Valley since 2016.
