Known locally as the co-founder and publisher of Edible Vancouver Island magazine, Dawn is a business owner, consultant and restaurateur. She is co-author of the Island Eats and Okanagan Eats cookbooks, and owner of Paradise Valley Golf Course in Medicine Hat. Dawn has over 15 years of leadership experience in the tourism and hospitality industry.

She is a connector and problem solver, working with leadership teams to create business and marketing strategies which facilitate continued growth and success.

She loves to play outdoors, travel, sip wine and cook with her family and friends. Her goal is to inspire others to embrace change, explore possibilities and find joy in authentic experiences.
