Lee Brooks started her journey to become a certified commercial real estate appraiser in May 2021 and has been working in the appraisal industry as an AIC Candidate since the start of January 2022. She completed her Bachelor of Commerce degree in 2015 and previously worked in nonprofit leadership roles before embarking on her dream career. Gerritsen Brooks Appraisals Ltd was established in May 2023 with co-founder Sheila Gerritsen, P.App AACI. Gerritsen Brooks offers full-service commercial and residential real estate valuations throughout the Comox Valley area and beyond on Vancouver Island in British Columbia.
